Ali Irtiza is a Corporate Lawyer with extensive professional experience in corporate and commercial laws, regulatory compliance, taxation, intellectual property and dispute resolution. His practice includes advising businesses and clients on SECP corporate and regulatory matters, FBR/tax consultancy, company registration and compliance, contracts and legal documentation, and corporate legal correspondence.
He has particular expertise in Intellectual Property Laws, including trademarks, copyrights and infringement proceedings, alongside experience in corporate litigation, appeals, arbitration and amicable dispute resolution.
